A perfectly refreshing citrus pick-me-up. My Signature Earl Grey has just the right balance of fine Kemmum, Darjeeling, Ceylon and Assam teas, scented with bergamot. It's best to drink it without milk, or just a drop if you insist. More importantly you must drink it whilst eating a cupcake. Or two. This is essential.
Brew for 3-4 minutes at 95ºc

Origin: A blend of Keemum; Mid-season Darjeeling SFTGFOP1; Ceylon OP1 (from the Nuwara Eliya district); and Assam TGFOP1 (from the banks of the Brahmaputra River) scented with Bergamot and decorated with cornflowers.
